Savory, traditional tapenades make tasty garnishes for grilled or roasted meats/poulty. Fabulous as a condiment for Pannis or as a sauce for pasta. Add a spoonful to a classic vinaigrette for a sunny burst of flavor or thin with extra virgin olive oil, nd enjoy as a bread dipper. One of my favorite was to enjoy that last spoonful is to blend with mayonnaise for a delightful Aiolli. The ways to enjoy Tapenades is only limited by your imagination!
