  
Classic Pesto is a combination of fresh basil, olive oil, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and garlic. Served as a pasta sauce, the rich green color makes a beautiful presentation. Today, we have expanded the definition of 'pesto' to include a variety of other wonderful flavors that include sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, and of course basil.
