This is no ordinary jam! Sensual figs from the sun drenched valleys of California are combined with lively lemons and heady port to create a unique conserve for sophisticated palates.

To make an easy chutney, mix with a little vinegar, diced, sautéed onion and garlic, grated fresh ginger, lime juice, lime zest, and red pepper flakes.
