You'll reach for this 'house blend' over and over again. Sprinkle this blend of fennel seed, lemon peel, pure sea salt, lavender, mustard seed, and spices on fish, chicken or pork. Use as a seasoning for pasta, risotto, soups and sauces. Add water to brine pork or chicken. Season chicken, fish and pork before grilling or roasting. Mix with cream cheese or goat cheese for a spread.
To use as a brine: Combine 1/2 gallon of water, 1 ounce of Fennel Citrus House Blend, 2 ounces of salt and 2 ounces of sugar to make delicious brine for chicken or pork. Brine overnight before cooking.
