Citrus-Cilantro Green Beans
Tender green beans with just a hint of Latin spice
Heat a sauté or fry pan over medium heat. Add just enough Citrus Cilantro Grapeseed Oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Add 1 large minced shallot and sauté for a few minutes. Add 1 large clove minced garlic and sauté another minute or two, taking care not to brown the shallots or the garlic. Add 3/4 pound of whole, baby green beans – fresh or frozen and sauté for several minutes. Add 4 or 5 sliced crimini mushrooms and continue to sauté until the green beans are just tender. Add a pinch of sea salt to taste and sprinkle with our Three Lemon Pepper. Toss and serve hot with your meats, poultry, or fish.
Makes about 4 servings.
