Autumnberry Sea Salt

Our Autumnberry Sea Salt blend combines medium grain Mediterranean sea salt, crimson cranberries, rosemary, and orange oil for a wonderful year round seasoning for turkey or duck. Fabulous in berry vinaigrettes.

Use in place of ordinary salt in a berry vinaigrette. Drizzle on a bed of baby greens and toss to coat. Top with candied pecans, dried cranberries, and feta cheese. Use to season turkey, as well as duck and other poultry.
