Chutney's are back and are the perfect accompaniment for cold sliced meats and cheeses. Plump apricots and calimyrna figs are a fantastic combination. With a hint of ginger and dried cherries, serve this chutney with your favorite cheese & charcuterie items.

Use as a BBQ glaze for ribs, pork, ham or chicken.

Use as a sauce for pork chops, chicken breasts or turkey.

Use as a spread for chicken or turkey sandwiches.

Thin with a bit of Fig Balsamic Vinegar and brush over roasted pork loin!
